Democratic Party
Welcome to the official website of the Eaton
County Democrats. On this site we provide the latest details on the
activities of our county party as well as local candidate information to
help voters in making an informed decision in choosing their leaders.
As we approach the 2008 elections, we very much hope you will visit our
site frequently to keep up to date on the latest events and issues and
join us.
Our Meetings
Our organization holds a monthly business meeting on the third Tuesday of
every month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the County
Headquarters on Lansing Road between Potterville and Charlotte. We
encourage our membership to participate and keep informed of local issues
by regularly attending these meetings.

Annual Dinner
The ECDP will be holding its
2nd Annual "Democrats in Action" Dinner
on September 25, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check out the

Our Commitment to the
Community...
As leaders in the community, the Eaton County
Democratic Party feels it is important to support the charities in our
local county. Few may know that quietly the Eaton County Democratic
Party has channeled hundreds of dollars each year for the past
decade into local charities. Our donations have given dozens of
children the opportunity to attend Mystic Lake Summer Camp and provided
the Chief Okemos Boy Scout Troop with necessary operating funds.
The ECDP has sponsored the Delta Township Fourth of July fireworks
displays. We have also been active supporters
of SIREN/Eaton Shelter in Charlotte, Woldumar Nature Center and many
other organizations. We believe in our communities and consider it
important to invest our time and resources in it.
We invite you to join us in these efforts.
